Trade name of the company: “Hotel Activities São Silvestre Lda”.

The company holds the Use License for food or beverage services, with the number LU-551, issued on 14-04-2008 and has a capacity of 66 seats.

The restaurant is located in the center of Cascais, which is a very busy area. It is mainly frequented by foreign customers.

It consists of two rooms. Inside walls are covered with varnished stone.

The high ceilings are covered with long and wide boards of rustic wood, which natural colour is highlighted by massive trunks varnished in black. The same type of trunks is around windows, around the bar and around the outdoor roof. The restaurant is in full operation.

The bar is located in the first room. It is fully equipped with a refrigerated aluminium counter, the coffee machine, a fridge freezer and an ice maker. There is also another refrigerator for drinks and another freezer and refrigerated beer barrel. A large bottle rack is located between the entrance and the first room. This room has two large French windows.

The access to the locker room and to the staff toilet is behind the bar, as well as the access to the attic storage.

A sink and the access to customer toilets are located between the first and the second room. An original decorative piece carrying a bottle rack separates the two rooms.

Tables are in the second room and also the kitchen which is fully visible by customers.

The kitchen has a large freezer, a fridge freezer, and aluminium cupboards for storage.

The kitchen ex-libris is a wood oven, in which are cooked pizzas and other dishes such as cod and baked octopus.

The kitchen has all the facilities needed to make pizzas, such as a mechanical kneading machine. There is also a slicing machine. The kitchen has an outside window.

The second room has two large windows, and a large French window overlooking the harbour.

The restaurant frontage has been renewed in 2015, and three new long-distance visible light panels have been installed.
