On July 1st came into force the law No. L 63/2015 to amend the existing law on the regime of Golden Visa. This new law establishes additional criteria to facilitate the granting of this authorization.

This law includes cultural production activities, scientific research, recovery and preservation of the national heritage and urban rehabilitation.

With the new legal standard, the investor can choose among the investing activities below, to obtain the authorization of residence "Golden Visa"
